One record, not four

Most businesses run on four systems that disagree

A billing book, a stock register, a cash notebook and an accountant's file at year end. Every one of them is a copy of the same event, and they stop matching within a week. BizManager records the event once.

  1. 1

    Sell

Raise an invoice at the counter or on account. Returns, receipts and recurring invoices all post themselves.

  2. 2

    Stock moves

That sale leaves the warehouse it was sold from. Stock on hand and valuation update in the same transaction.

  3. 3

    Books post

Revenue, tax, cost of sales and the customer balance are journalled to the general ledger automatically.

  4. 4

    You can see it

The trial balance, P&L and receivables ageing are built from those same entries — never re-keyed.

Field sales

Know what your salesmen did today

Distribution businesses lose money in the gap between the van and the ledger. BizManager closes it: routes are planned in the office, visits are recorded on the salesman's own phone, and requisitions arrive as orders you can act on the same day.

  • Route plans — assign shops to salesmen and see the day's coverage
  • Shop visits — logged in the field, with what was ordered and what was not
  • Requisitions — the salesman raises it, the office fulfils it, stock reserves against it
  • Bonus schemes — targets and incentives calculated from actual recorded sales
Why you can put real data in it

Your ledger is not a place to take chances

You are being asked to keep your sales, your stock and your books in somebody else's system. These are the reasons that is a safe thing to do.

Your data stays yours

Every company's records are isolated, enforced on every single query — not by convention, but by a filter the code cannot bypass.

Permissions that mean something

Deny-by-default access with eight editable roles. Staff see the screens you grant and nothing else, and every change is logged against a name.

Nightly backups

Backed up daily with a 99.5% uptime target. If you ever leave, your data is retained for 30 days so you can take it with you.

Your numbers, exportable

Any report to PDF or Excel. Import your existing products and customers from a spreadsheet on day one.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need an accountant to use BizManager?

No. The accounting runs underneath — you raise invoices and record expenses in ordinary business language, and the double-entry postings happen on their own. When your accountant does need the books, the chart of accounts, general ledger and trial balance are already there and already balanced.

Can I move the data I already have into it?

Yes. Products, customers and suppliers import from Excel, so you start with your real catalogue rather than an empty one. Opening balances for customers and suppliers are entered during setup, which is most of what makes a first month feel like a first month.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You pick a plan and pay the first invoice. Nothing is charged during the 14 days and there is no card to enter up front. If an invoice is late, there is a 7-day grace period before access is restricted — your data is never deleted for a late payment.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction, from inside the app. Plans are cumulative: each tier is everything below it plus more modules, so upgrading only ever adds screens. Downgrading keeps your data — you simply lose access to the modules that tier does not include.

Does it work on a phone?

The back office runs in any modern browser, including on a tablet. Field salesmen get a dedicated mobile app for route plans, shop visits and requisitions, which is included on the Premium plan.

How do I pay?

Pay by domestic bank transfer — IBFT, RAAST or online banking. Transfers are verified on the next working day (Sun–Thu, excluding public holidays).
