Start one tier lower than you think you need. Upgrading takes a minute and adds screens without moving anything, so there is no cost to being wrong on the low side.
No. The 14-day trial takes no card and charges nothing. At the end of it you choose a plan and receive your first invoice — if you decide not to continue, you simply do not pay it.
An annual subscription is charged for 10 months rather than twelve, so you get 2 months free for paying up front. Switch the toggle above to see the annual price for each plan.
Active backoffice logins — the people who sign in to the system. Field salesmen using the mobile app are counted separately, and your customers viewing their own statements through the customer portal are not counted at all.
The limit is on sales invoices raised per calendar month, and it resets at the start of each month. If you are regularly near the ceiling, the next tier up is the answer — Advanced and Premium have no invoice limit at all.
There is a 7-day grace period after the due date, during which nothing changes. Beyond that, access is restricted until the invoice is settled — but your data is not touched, and it comes straight back when you pay.
Yes, at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data is retained for 30 days after that so you can export it.
Pay by domestic bank transfer — IBFT, RAAST or online banking. Transfers are verified on the next working day (Sun–Thu, excluding public holidays).
